Earlier today, we experienced a temporary disruption affecting hosting uptime on the Pioneer Web Support Portal. The issue was caused by an unexpected fault within our upstream infrastructure layer, which impacted network connectivity across a subset of hosted environments.
During the incident, some websites experienced intermittent downtime and slower response times. Our monitoring systems detected the issue promptly, and our engineering team immediately began investigating and implementing mitigation measures.
The incident lasted approximately 28 minutes. Service was gradually restored as stability improvements were applied, and all affected systems are now fully operational.
